When you use Nelsons.lk products, you are agreed to following below Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

• The voucher you purchase is only valid for the product mentioned
• Certain products will have to be collected from our show room.
• Island wide delivery is available at an additional cost for specified products only
• Nelsons.lk will not be responsible for lost or stolen vouchers
• Vouchers cannot be combined with any other product or promotions
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash

Cancellation and Return Policy

• Once conformation of transaction is sent via email by Nelsons.lk to the user, orders cannot be cancelled or goods returned.
• Any issue related to any product should be brought to the notice of Nelsons.lk within 2 days of the purchase.
• Nelsons.lk will not get any product as return but will do repair any manufacture defect free of charge with in product’s warranty period.

Accurate Information:

The user (customer) is responsible for providing correct information at the time of registration. Users are responsible for ensuring that details are updated and current. In the event that a user does not provide correct and accurate information the deal will not be processed.

Nelsons.lk reserves the right to terminate user membership at any time if breach of these terms and conditions take place.

Nelsons.lk collects user’s personal information for future marketing and promotional purposes only and will not share this information.

Registration:

Upon registration the user is solely responsible for the User ID on the Nelsons.lk site and all actions made on our site while logged in (at all times) as a member.

The user (customer) is completely responsible for the any action which make in Nelsons.lk in user’s account being accessed and use of our services.

Postings and Uploads:

Nelsons.lk reserves the right to monitor and block or remove communications (comments) or material that it determines to be abusive, libel, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, in violation of a copyright, trademark or intellectual property rights of others and in violation of any laws.

Delivery Informations

When do the purchase from nelsons.lk agreed to produce customer's NIC & Credit or Debit card which used to do the payment when goods have arrived to delivery address.

Warranty Claiming Conditions

Nelsons.lk is guaranteed for products which bought down from Nelsons.lk for a period which mention in the Nelsons Warranty Card. (warranty card will produce with the product)

For the products which not from under the Nelsons, Nelsons.lk will provide their authorized agent’s warranty at the customer’s purchasing time and customer should agree to the particular products authorized agents warranty conditions too.

Warranty becomes avoid if the product is used at a working voltage of frequency over that what is prescribed in the manual furnished to you.

Terms and Conditions of Warranty Claiming,

• Products’s serial number should be same in product and product’s warranty card.
• Serial number should not be remover or doing changers.
• Warranty seal must be in product without any damages
• Warranty will avoid if product use improper manner
• Warranty not cover for the product get accident damagers (physical damages) by consumer/ customer/ user
• Warranty will avoid if product has been repaired in unauthorized parties

For warranty claims product should be handed over to the address in the warranty card.

Nelsons.lk do not replace with a new product with in warranty period and if it’s a special requirement Nelsons.lk management will get a decision.
